We take feedback very seriously, whether positive or negative.
If you have recently used our services, in either clinical or fundraising we would appreciate feedback on the experience you had. If you are able to, please fill out our ‘evaluation of your experience form’ by clicking the button below and answering the questions, it should only take 5 minutes.
We work hard to deliver a high-quality service to all our supporters and we welcome feedback at any time. Despite our best efforts, we occasionally don’t get it right and when this happens, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve the problem.
If you’re not happy that the problem has been resolved, you may wish to make a complaint. We treat all complaints seriously in accordance with our Fundraising Promise, and see them as an opportunity to reflect on how we can improve. We will always say “thank you” when we get it right and “sorry” when we get it wrong.
